Booked 6 weeks in advance and accepted the offer of a loan vehicle as they needed my car for 5 Hours. Arrived promptly to be told I hadn’t requested a car, none available and would I like to wait! As this is the third time I have been let down in similar situations with this dealer I thought it time to share my negative experience. So still need the update and now my service is due!! Dealer search commenced
