- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2018-02-18, by Fiona DaviesAfter I rang the shop to explain why I'd missed an appointment, I was told by the assistant "Well can you make sure you tell us in advance next time if you're going to miss an appointment." I'd already just explained it was my memory! I told her that I am on my own with two boys with autism, and she replied "Well you've missed a few now!" Yeah because I don't already hate myself for missing appointments......
